Artist and illustrator Jillian Tamaki has teamed up with Penguin Books to create three exquisitely embroidered covers for The Secret Garden, Black Beauty and Emma. I love book jacket illustration and photography, and these are some of the most beautiful I have seen! Each cover will be recreated using a special embossed printing technique to reproduce the tactile quality of the stitching. My favourite cover is The Secret Garden, its just gorgeous.
